With its unique collection, the Roeselare Cycling Museum maps out the entire history of the bicycle from the wooden dandy horse or the draisine to Macmillan's first pedal-driven bicycles, from the Michaux to the penny-farthing, from the first racing bicycle to the modern mountain bike.
In 2017 the museum is being completely refurbished. While the work is in progress, the Fathers' Church will be used as the new temporary setting for the exhibition "Cycling is a Religion". Check our website www.wielermuseum.be regularly for updates and information.
