Belfry and historical town hall of RoeselarePrint
The oldest part of Roeselare's town hall was constructed between 1769 and 1771 in the style of Louis XV: it is a playful and light rococo building. In 1924 a modern wing was added which included a belfry. This belfry and 55 others across Belgium and France were listed as Unesco World Heritage Sites in 1999.
During a tour of the town hall you get acquainted with the magnificent interior and the many works of art featured there.
